Meptagon provides a wide range of solutions for design, construction and management in the process industries. Services include management, planning and engineering, construction and maintenance of plants and systems. From individual element to complete turnkey projects.

The company’s range of services includes project Management and EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Management) for process industrial plants. From the planning stage, process engineering, electro-mechanical contracting services, equipment supply and installation, maintenance and provision of services.

Meptagon provides services for markets such as semiconductors, foods, biotechnology, chemical, water treatment, natural gas, energy, etc.

Meptagon –Pioneering and Excellence

Meptagon was founded in 1960 as MMD Israel Technology dealing in installation of instrumentation & control systems for the process industry. Over the 1980s, the company expanded operations to provide services in electrical, machinery and piping, mainly for the semiconductor and food industries

Currently Meptagon employs 350 production workers, engineers, managers and experts. The company has its headquarters in Netanya, and  a 10,000 sq m.  facility in Kiryat Gat.  Meptagon is a registered contractor with an A-5 unlimited classification for electricity and construction. Certifications include ISO 9001 and ISO 3834 (gas welding).

 

Meptagon - Areas of Activity

The Engineering & Systems Division provides a package of engineering solutions for the design and execution of industrial processing systems. After in-depth study of a plant's operations, Meptagon is then able to provide processing systems from engineering design point of view; scheduling, budgeting, BOM, to execution. Projects include characterization and design of PFD and P&ID diagrams, calculation of flow and material/energy balance, equipment characterization and specification, piping and instrumentation, piping equipment systems, 3D models, control systems (hardware and software), control circuits, electrical systems, validation documentation, etc.

In addition, the Division specializes in modular skid mounted systems, design and manufactured simultaneously during plant’s construction, providing a precise solution in a short schedule, without disrupting production.

The Division's SCADA department specializes in monitoring, control, and data acquisition, thus providing comprehensive, real-time supervision of plant processes. Integrate all system components into a well-functioning, coordinated whole.

The Mechanical & Industrial Pipe Division deals in the construction of piping systems for plants by a team of qualified experienced experts. Operations include construction, improvement, and maintenance of piping systems. Services are tailor-made to each customer, whether they belong to the pharmaceutical, food, semiconductor, water treatment,  or general industrial sector.  Meptagon is the only Israeli company manufacturing manifolds by the T-Drill rolling method.

The Electrical, Instrumentation and Control Division Specializes in electrical and cable infrastructure projects, low and high-voltage electrical installations, process control systems, LSS systems, electrical and control panels, etc. In addition, specializes in preventive maintenance and immediate repair of electrical and instrumentation systems, as well as projects for energy efficiency and emission reduction.

Semiconductor Fab Systems Division is an experienced leading provider for High Purity systems in the semiconductor industry. Meptagon has 40 years of experience in the design, engineering, installation and maintenance for all elements of production.

At the Base Build stage Meptagon provides design and installation of critical systems such as water, gases, chemicals and life safty systems.

At Tool Install stage Meptagon provides a full design and installation and integrations of all utility and process systems.
